Build Technician - PC/Mobile/POS systems

We are in search of a technician to join revenue-focused, client-centric team building ed-tech platforms. 


Pay Rate: Competitive

Location:  Onsite in Folsom, California

Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM



Technician General Responsibilities: 

- We have developed an Innovative Teaching Assistant platform with unique value and advantages which can drive an industry wide impact.

- The technician will unbox the hardware, build/configure and install software to prepare the ed-tech platform as per the build instructions.

- Work with internal departments to build, enable and manage product delivery & sales fulfillment.

- Meeting and surpassing profit and productivity objectives.

- Help support questions and enquiries, troubleshooting, testing etc.



Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in related technical field preferred 

- 3+ years of technical experience required in assembling, configuring & deploying computing systems 

- Experience in PC, Mobile, software applications

- Preferred background in the Technology or Education industry
