B2B Direct Sales Representative We are in search of a bold and innovative Sales Representative to join revenue-focused, client-centric team specializing in B2B and education technology sales. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who embraces the challenge of closing deals while laying the groundwork for enduring business relationships. Pay Rate: Excellent pure commission based with no limit or quota Location: Remote Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Sales Representative General Responsibilities: - We have developed an Innovative Teaching Assistant platform with unique value and advantages which can drive an industry wide impact. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with margin and productivity goals. - Enable funnel development, sales process & closing including lead generation to product delivery & post sale support. - Work with internal departments to enable and manage product delivery & sales fulfillment. - Developing and sustaining a continually growing customer base focused on selling education technology products to schools of all sizes from private to public school districts, libraries, government and other novel entities where the products can fit in. - Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our products to better address the needs of our clients. - Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients. - Skillfully gathering essential details, facts, and information from clients to make informed recommendations. - Following up with clients as necessary to foster relationships. - Proactively seeking out opportunities to locate, develop, and finalize sales of products and services. - Offering consultations for all clients regarding the company's products and services. - Meeting and surpassing profit and productivity objectives. Requirements/Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in related field preferred - 3+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience required - Experience in Ed-tech Sales - Established relationships in the education field - Preferred background in the Technology or Education industry
