Order Process

ORDER PROCESS: myLFL platform order processing broadly consists of the following phases: order placement & payment (online or quote/invoice), Configuration details collection, Platform build & Configuration, Quality check, Shipping.

NOTE 1: Shipping times vary depending on order size and type.

NOTE 2: Delivery of goods will be within 60 days of payment subject to material availability from suppliers.

NOTE 3: myLFL platforms are custom configured for the customer and are hence non-returnable. Configuration details will be collected during the platform building phase of order processing.

NOTE 4: Payment required prior to delivery of services/goods.

NOTE 5: For less than 10 units or for online orders 100% of payment is due prior to delivery. For custom orders greater than 10 units, 50% payment is required prior to delivery, with balance upon delivery. Payment due upon invoice.

NOTE 6: All Sales are FINAL. No refunds or cancellations are allowed for any reason. Advance Payment will be forfeited if order cancelled after payment.

NOTE 7: Hardware specifications may change depending on availability.
